Job Description

The Customer Sales Support professional plays a vital role at Recruit AI by coordinating responses to customer inquiries, managing shipment updates, and facilitating communication with shipping lines and logistics partners. This role involves preparing quotations, proposals, and key service documentation to support the sales and marketing teams. Additionally, the employee generates leads through various channels, maintains accurate records, and ensures that operational activities align with customer expectations. While direct team management is not required, collaboration with multiple internal departments is essential to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries about freight forwarding and logistics services, ensuring clear and accurate information.
  • Coordinate shipment status updates with customers and follow up on service requests to maintain transparency and trust.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and service-related documents to support the sales process and client decision-making.
  • Communicate regularly with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives by generating new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and operational reports to facilitate effective service management and decision-making.
  • Coordinate across internal departments, including logistics, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing professional and proactive customer support.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to customer service and sales support efficiently, including data entry and document management.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and customer requests are handled promptly.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to generate reports, manage communications, and support daily operations.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment to contribute to overall company objectives.
