Chat-Based Sales Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-B, Near Hassan Square, Karachi
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (alternate Saturdays)
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Chat-Based Sales Executive with hands-on experience in Twitch, Discord, and online community engagement. If you have a background in chat-based sales, lead generation, customer engagement, or selling digital services, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with Twitch streamers and introduce our digital artwork and creative services.
• Engage with members of Discord communities to generate and convert qualified leads.
• Communicate with potential customers exclusively through chat platforms.
• Build long-term relationships with clients across Twitch, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience working on Twitch and Discord is required.
• Strong written English communication and chat skills.
• Experience in chat support, online sales, lead generation, community management, or customer engagement is preferred.
• Comfortable working onsite in Karachi during night shifts.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in chat-based sales.
