We are a Karachi-based software development company providing web development, mobile applications, AI automation, and UI/UX design services to international clients.

About the Role

This is a professional business development opportunity where you will learn how international software projects are won. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing winning proposals, and communicating with clients on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.

This is a written, consultative, online business development role — not cold calling or telemarketing.

Responsibilities:

• Review and shortlist incoming client leads and projects
• Analyze client requirements and understand their business needs
• Write clear, customized, and professional proposals
• Communicate with international clients through chat to clarify requirements and maintain engagement
• Update and manage lead/client information in CRM
• Support the process of converting leads into successful projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Client Communication, or a related role
• Excellent written English with strong communication and persuasion skills
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
• Interest in technology with a willingness to learn
• Problem-solving and consultative approach
• Reliability, ownership, and ability to follow through
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and CRM tools

Preferred:

• Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr
• Exposure to IT/software or digital agencies
• Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, or AI services
