Position: Call Center Executive
Shift Timings:

• 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• OR
• 8:00 PM – 5:30AM
• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000

Job Overview : We are looking for confident and motivated Call Center Executives with telecom industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and previous experience handling customers or sales in a telecom/call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
• Promote and explain telecom products and services.
• Meet assigned performance and sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately update customer information and call records.
• Follow company policies, scripts, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous telecom/call center experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional personality.
• Ability to work night shifts.
