Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a presentable, experienced and customer-focused professional to join our store team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls and social media
• Maintain accurate customer records and enquiry details
• Provide customers with product information, prices, availability, photos and videos
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales
• Coordinate with the sales team and manage customer requirements
• Handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years in retail, fashion or customer service
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Strong WhatsApp and written communication skills.
• Computer and record-keeping skills
• Well-presented, polite and sales-oriented

Location: Tariq Road

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
