Urgent need of Call Center Representative

Kam Kaj Service is a leading multiple service provider company hiring Call Center Representative for its Karachi office. (male only)

Job Responsibility:

· The Call Center Representative will be responsible to manage and take calls in a professional and confident manner.

· Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

· Identify the customer needs on call

Job Requirements:

· Experience: 1 to 2 years having minimum education Intermediate or Graduation

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• The candidate should be punctual, responsible, and able to take ownership of their work and responsibilities

· Must have basic computer knowledge.

·Timings: 10:00 am to 9:00pm

· Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 6 near Nipa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
