Outbound Telesales Executive

Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated Outbound Telesales Executive to join our team in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. This role focuses on proactively reaching out to potential clients over the phone to generate leads and promote banking products and services. The ideal candidate possesses strong verbal communication skills and the resilience to handle rejections professionally while maintaining a positive and persuasive approach. This position requires an individual who can work efficiently under supervision without managing a team. Excellent time management skills and the ability to connect with customers to understand their needs are essential. Responsibilities
 

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote banking products and services.
• Generate leads through effective cold calling techniques and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, client interactions, and lead progress in the company database.
• Respond professionally to customer objections and rejections, turning opportunities into sales where possible.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Communicate product information clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
• Stay updated on banking product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and customer engagement approaches.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant industry regulations during calls.
• Manage time effectively to maximize the number of quality calls within working hours.
