Cold Calling Agent

Accurate Eminent is seeking a motivated Cold Calling Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate excels in cold calling and lead generation with strong communication and active listening skills. This role requires working effectively in an evening shift and interacting with potential clients in English. The candidate should be energetic, under 25 years of age, and capable of managing multiple calls and appointments efficiently without managing a team. The Cold Calling Agent plays a vital role in expanding our customer base by identifying and engaging potential customers through direct phone contact. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills to maintain professionalism and create positive impressions that help set appointments and generate leads. The successful candidate is expected to meet daily calling targets, accurately log customer information, and contribute to the overall growth of the company through persistent outreach and effective communication.
Responsibilities
 

• Make high volume outbound calls to prospective clients using cold calling techniques.
• Generate and qualify leads by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and identifying potential opportunities.
• Set appointments with prospective clients for further discussions or follow-ups.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the company database.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment setting targets.
• Work effectively in an evening shift and maintain punctuality and professionalism.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to customer interaction and data privacy.
