Care Taker

YKK Pakistan Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Care Taker to maintain the cleanliness and overall upkeep of our premises. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills combined with expertise in plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical support. This role focuses on handling basic maintenance tasks, including minor electrical repairs, plumbing, and ensuring that all office facilities operate smoothly. The candidate plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day upkeep and creating a safe, functional, and pleasant environment for all employees and visitors. The position requires at least one year of relevant experience and involves working independently without managing a team.
Responsibilities
 

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the premises to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining water supply systems.
• Handle minor electrical work including troubleshooting electrical systems, replacing bulbs, and repairing small electrical fixtures.
• Provide mechanical support for office equipment and facilities to ensure continuous operation and prevent downtime.
• Monitor all office facilities regularly to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in routine day-to-day maintenance tasks to support overall facility management.
• Report larger maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department or management promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while performing all maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding maintenance schedules, issues, and progress.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements for future reference.
