Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Work Order Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience managing work orders in a facility maintenance or similar environment and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

Create, assign, prioritize, and track facility maintenance work orders
Coordinate daily maintenance activities with in-house technicians and external vendors
Monitor work order status to ensure timely completion and compliance with SLAs
Maintain accurate records in CMMS or work order management systems
Review maintenance requests and assess urgency and scope of work
Schedule preventive maintenance and follow up on recurring issues
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Prepare reports on work order volume, turnaround time, and maintenance costs
Communicate updates to management and relevant departments
Verify completion quality and close work orders accordingly
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
Fluency in English is must.
1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or work order coordination
Have worked in US companies
Hands-on experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tool
