Your Profile – What do You bring as Productıon & Maintenance Executive?

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM) and continuous improvement tools
• Strong analytical skills with a willingness to work with data, KPIs, and digital tools
• Hands-on mindset with motivation to learn production and maintenance operations
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with technicians and engineers
• Ability to design all production process procedures and documentation
• Ability to track Monthly Stock.
• Strong Coordination with lab and dispatch team to reprocess dead Stock inventory.
• Problem‑solving attitude with a proactive and improvement‑oriented approach
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• English proficiency and MS Office (Excel) knowledge are considered an advantage
