Career Counselor

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Career Counselor (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and walk-in candidates professionally and convert them into admissions.

Guide students regarding courses, career opportunities, and educational pathways.

Maintain strong follow-up with prospective students.

Achieve admission targets and contribute to business growth.

Assist in promotional and student engagement activities.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good spoken English.

Confident and pleasant personality.

Strong leadership, presentation, and counseling skills.

Basic IT skills and sound knowledge of technology.

Result-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.

Additional Requirement:

Graphic Designing skills are mandatory.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator will be highly preferred.

Ability to create social media posts, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.

Qualification:

BBA / MBA / MPA / BE / BSCS / BS / MS in Psychology, International Relations, or any other relevant qualification.
