As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Visa Consultant / Tourist Visa Sales Executive.

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GST/UAE Time)

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries regarding tourist and visit visas.

• Provide accurate information on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.

• Guide clients throughout the visa application process.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications.

• Keep up to date with visa regulations and travel requirements for various destinations.

• Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa consultancy, tourist visa sales, travel agency operations, or immigration services.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Proven ability to handle sales inquiries and close deals.

Knowledge of tourist visa processes and documentation requirements for major destinations.

Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Background

• Experience working with visa consultancies, travel agencies, immigration firms, or tourism companies.

• Familiarity with UAE travel and visa-related services.

• Experience in handling international clients and lead generation.
