Job Description

Anchor Development Group seeks a visionary and highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organizations strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. Reporting directly to the Group Chairman, the CEO will have overall responsibility for driving corporate strategy, expanding business operations, ensuring robust governance, overseeing financial performance, and engaging key stakeholders across the Groups diversified portfolio of businesses. This role requires outstanding leadership skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to manage transformational projects while fostering sustainable growth. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 30 years of distinguished leadership experience as a senior corporate executive, Group Head, Managing Director, CEO, or retired senior government or defense officer. The CEO will manage a leadership team and oversee a workforce of approximately 5,000 employees. The role demands a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale organizations, driving innovation, navigating complex regulatory environments, and building strategic partnerships to enhance business value and market position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Groups long-term strategic vision in collaboration with the Chairman to drive growth, diversification, and organizational transformation.
- Lead initiatives for business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, new investment opportunities, and strategic alliances to strengthen market presence.
- Provide high-level leadership in corporate policy development, institutional strengthening, and governance structures to ensure organizational sustainability.
- Oversee all operational, financial, commercial, and administrative aspects of the organization, ensuring the achievement of annual profit targets and operational excellence.
- Implement international best practices in corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency across all business units.
- Monitor organizational performance using key performance indicators, dashboards, and regular executive reporting to the Board and Chairman.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with government bodies, regulators, investors, strategic partners, and key industry stakeholders to support regulatory compliance and cooperative engagements.
- Represent the Group at high-level conferences, negotiations, public forums, and key industry events to enhance the companys reputation and strategic positioning.
- Lead the planning, budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and optimal use of organizational assets.
- Advise the Chairman and Board of Directors on strategic risks, emerging opportunities, and evolving market trends to support informed decision-making.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive management team, while fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity, innovation, and performance excellence throughout the organization.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives to ensure a continuous pipeline of capable leaders across the Group.
- Champion change management efforts and facilitate the adoption of new technologies, processes, and business models to sustain competitiveness in the marketplace.
