We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the operational and administrative functions of the hospital. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will focus on improving operational efficiency, managing non-clinical departments, and ensuring the organization is well-equipped to support high-quality patient care. The position requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and strategic execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Supervise all non-clinical departments including HR, Finance/Billing, IT, Facilities, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Audit, Marketing, Corporate Relations, and Support Services.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments to support clinical excellence.

Strategic Execution

• Translate organizational strategies into operational plans with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Align departmental objectives with overall business goals.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and policy implementation.

Performance & Process Improvement

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify improvement areas.
• Implement process enhancements to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Leadership & Team Management

• Provide direction and mentorship to department heads and non-clinical teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Risk & Continuity Planning

• Lead business continuity initiatives and manage emergency preparedness plans.

• Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree (MBA/MHA) will be preferred.
• 5–10 years of leadership experience in operations management, preferably within a healthcare environment.
