Recruit AI is seeking a dedicated Client Support and Operations Executive to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and maintaining smooth operational processes. This role centers on managing client communication effectively, processing orders promptly, and ensuring accurate data management in our Customer Relationship Management system. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to respond to queries, verify order details, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent written English proficiency, and a keen attention to detail. You will be responsible for reviewing and editing content based on established guidelines, tracking payment statuses, and maintaining reliable documentation. This position requires working systematically within a structured environment and adhering to process requirements. Although this role does not involve team management, the ability to collaborate and escalate issues appropriately is essential for operational success.
Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via WhatsApp and CRM platforms, ensuring clear and helpful communication.
  • Collect, verify, and document order details from clients accurately to prevent errors and facilitate smooth processing.
  • Maintain and update order statuses and records in the CRM system or Google Sheets with precision and timeliness.
  • Review and edit client-submitted content using internal guidelines and AI tools to ensure compliance, quality, and correctness.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to process client orders promptly and according to specifications.
  • Track payments diligently and follow up with clients to resolve any pending payments ensuring financial processes remain on track.
  • Ensure all client orders are processed accurately and delivered within established timelines to uphold service standards.
  • Identify and escalate unclear, non-compliant, or complex requests to the appropriate teams for resolution, maintaining workflow efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistent operational quality and client satisfaction.
  • Work in a structured, repetitive operational environment with discipline and reliability to meet daily business targets.
