Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday
BURRAQ Group, previously known as PCMCI Group, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Project Manager – Global Operations to oversee and support international operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be an MBA-qualified professional with a strong generalist background, capable of managing business support functions, establishing operational structures in new regions, hiring, onboarding and coordinating global teams, and ensuring timely execution of organizational objectives.
This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills. The successful candidate will serve as a key link between regional teams, management officers, liaison officers/managers, and external partner organizations worldwide.
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Operations Management:
• Lead and oversee operational activities across multiple international regions
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Monitor regional performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards
• Coordinate with regional teams to establish new operational departments and business functions where required
Business Support & Strategic Coordination:
• Provide comprehensive business support to senior management and executive leadership
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic business initiatives
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve performance
• Support organizational growth by identifying opportunities for process optimization and expansion
Department Establishment & Regional Development:
• Initiate and establish operational departments in new and existing regions
• Develop departmental structures, workflows, reporting systems, and operational guidelines
• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of regional teams into the organization's global framework
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support regional expansion plans
Recruitment & Team Development:
• Lead the recruitment process for Liaison & Operations Managers across global locations
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, evaluations, and selection processes
• Design and implement training programs for newly hired and existing personnel
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing guidance and support
Team Leadership & Reporting:
• Directly manage and supervise Liaison and Operational Managers worldwide
• Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
• Conduct regular performance reviews and operational meetings
• Ensure effective communication between headquarters and regional teams
Stakeholder & External Company Coordination:
• Maintain daily communication and coordination with partner companies, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders
• Build and strengthen professional relationships to support business objectives
• Facilitate collaboration between internal departments and external organizations
• Resolve operational issues and ensure seamless coordination among all parties
Project & Deadline Management:
• Track multiple projects and operational activities simultaneously
• Ensure all assigned tasks, projects, and deliverables are completed within established deadlines
• Implement monitoring systems to measure progress and identify potential delays
• Escalate critical issues when necessary and develop corrective action plans
• Maintain detailed operational records, reports, and performance dashboards
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all regional operations comply with company policies and applicable regulations
• Monitor operational quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct periodic audits and reviews of operational processes and team performance
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• MBA from a top-tier university
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Operations Management, Business Management, Administration, or a Generalist Management role
• Proven experience supporting business operations and managing cross-functional activities
• Experience working with international teams or multi-regional operations is preferred
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and organizational development
