Qualifications

You must have experience 
Additional certification obtained by the Association for Operations Management desired
Proven experience working in a supervisory role in the industry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes
Must have an Mbbs Degree
Must be available for night shift
Responsibilities
Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance 
Provide training and educational materials to staff
Conduct annual reviews for staff performance
Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
