Maintenance Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of a Maintenance Supervisor located in the Hub, Balochistan. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, including RO plant maintenance, pump servicing, and electrical VFD troubleshooting. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and managing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical
3-5 years of experience in RO plant operation and maintenance
Strong supervisory skills
Expertise in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work onsite in Hub, Balochistan
