Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Karachi. The Supervisor will oversee daily team operations, ensure adherence to company standards and policies, and manage performance to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, training and mentoring staff, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining excellent operational efficiency. The role requires leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with various stakeholders to meet service benchmarks and drive customer satisfaction.

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for staff and customer interactions
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking competencies
• Knowledge of financial services, operations, and relevant compliance standards
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using financial software and standard office tools
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services or exchange house industry is an advantage.
