Cold Calling Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Cold Calling Specialist to contact leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. Your primary responsibility will be to call warm leads, qualify their needs, build rapport, and book appointments or convert them into customers.

This is not a customer support role. We are looking for someone confident, persuasive, and results-driven with proven outbound sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through Meta Ads.
• Qualify leads based on our criteria.
• Explain our services clearly and professionally.
• Handle objections and answer basic questions.
• Schedule appointments or close qualified prospects.
• Update CRM with accurate call notes and lead status.
• Follow up with interested prospects when required.
• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outbound cold calling or telemarketing experience.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Neutral or professional accent.
• Experience with sales, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
• Comfortable handling objections and maintaining high call volumes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience calling leads generated through Facebook or Instagram Ads.
• Experience in digital marketing, Shopify, eCommerce, or agency services is an advantage.

Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM | Monday - Friday
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Main NIPA, Karachi

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
