Key Responsibilities

• Manage qualified inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
• Understand clients’ business requirements, challenges, and project objectives.
• Present ConceptRecall’s services and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
• Conduct professional sales presentations and client discovery calls.
• Prepare and communicate quotations, proposals, and project scopes.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage the complete sales pipeline.
• Identify client objections, address concerns, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying clients and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and deal status.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams during client onboarding.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or closing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
• Confident in conducting sales calls, presentations, and online meetings.
• Experience selling IT services, web development, Shopify, software, digital marketing, or other B2B services is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and follow-up processes.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams
