Cervello Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Karachi and Lahore. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing initiatives for our cutting-edge audio-visual and unified communication products.

Business Development Executive (BDE) Responsibilities:

• Prospecting:
• Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, email, and networking.
• Client Meetings:
• Conduct daily meetings with prospective clients to present Cervello Tech's products and solutions, tailored to their specific needs.
• Sales Generation:
• Generate new business opportunities by effectively promoting and selling Cervello Tech's comprehensive product portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Business Hours & Location:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Work Type: Onsite at the Cervello Tech Karachi or Lahore Office. Remote work and work-from-home positions are not available.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Rs. 40,000.00 – Rs. 50,000.00 per month
• Conveyance: Candidates must possess their own motorcycle.
• Fuel Reimbursement: For official/business use, fuel will be reimbursed at Rs. 12.00 per kilometer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales (preferred; however, recent graduates and candidates with less than 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply).
• Solid understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented approach with a robust work ethic.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
