Position: Business Development Manager – Personal & Home Care Ingredients*

*Job Description:*

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our client base in the Personal Care and Home Care raw materials /chemicala segment. The role involves building relationships with manufacturers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our range of specialty ingredients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and grow business for personal care and home care ingredients (cosmetics, toiletries, detergents, cleaners, pigments etc.)

- Identify and approach new clients — manufacturers, formulators, and brands

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers

- Understand customer formulation needs and recommend suitable ingredients

- Coordinate with principals/suppliers on pricing, samples, and technical support

- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular reports

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new products

*Requirements:*

- Graduation (Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Business background preferred)

- Proven experience in ingredient sales for personal care and home care industries

- Strong knowledge of cosmetic and home care raw materials

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

- Willingness to travel for client visits.
