Compactor Operator (Roller Operator)

Our client, a leading Heavy Construction Equipment Handling company, is looking for an experienced Compactor Operator (Roller Operator) to join our team at the Reko Diq Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating motor graders to level, grade, and maintain roads, haul routes, and site surfaces in a mining/construction environment. Must have HTV license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate vibratory/static compactor (roller) to compact soil, gravel, and asphalt surfaces
• Ensure compaction meets required density/specification standards
• Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Work closely with grader operators and site engineers for layered compaction work

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years' experience operating compactors/rollers, preferably on mining/road projects
• Valid HTV license
• Willing to relocate to Reko Diq, Balochistan (remote/on-site living)
• Physically fit for remote site conditions
• Team player with good communication with site supervisors
