Role Description The FG Manager is responsible for overseeing finished goods operations, including inventory management, storage, and dispatch to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries. This full-time hybrid role is based in Karāchi, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring warehouse and distribution activities, coordinating with production, sales, and logistics teams, maintaining documentation, and implementing controls to minimize stock variances and losses. The FG Manager will analyze data to improve efficiency, ensure compliance with company policies and relevant standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain. This role also involves leading and guiding team members, resolving operational issues, and providing regular reporting to management.
Qualifications
 

• Strong background in inventory, warehousing, or supply chain management, with experience handling finished goods operations.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems, ERP software, and basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and recommend practical improvements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across production, logistics, and sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise staff, delegate tasks, and maintain performance standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution-focused organizations in a similar role is highly beneficial.
