Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Marketing Executive (Fresh) to join our growing sales and marketing team focused on the Pakistani Forex and online trading market. This role goes beyond traditional marketing responsibilities and requires an individual who is comfortable being the face of the company across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will actively create engaging content, represent the brand publicly, build a strong online presence, and help educate audiences about Forex, CFDs, and financial markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, personal branding, social media engagement, and influencer-style marketing while building a career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote Forex and trading products.
• Support lead generation activities through social media, online communities, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads and customer insights.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Pakistani trading and investment market.

Brand Representation & Influencer Marketing

• Act as a brand ambassador and public representative of the company across digital platforms.
• Create educational and promotional content related to Forex, trading, investing, and financial markets.
• Develop a personal professional presence that aligns with the company’s brand image and values.
• Participate in videos, webinars, podcasts, interviews, and live sessions to engage with potential clients.
• Build trust and credibility by simplifying complex trading concepts for new audiences.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Record short-form videos, market updates, educational reels, and promotional content.
• Write captions, blogs, articles, and marketing copy to increase audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual and video content.

Client Engagement

• Respond to initial inquiries from prospective clients through social media and digital channels.
• Help build relationships with trading communities and online audiences.
• Support awareness campaigns and educational initiatives related to financial markets.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain records of marketing activities and leads within CRM systems.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign performance summaries, and presentations.
• Ensure all content and marketing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in appearing on camera and speaking to online audiences.
• Interest in content creation, influencer marketing, and personal branding.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Internship, freelance, or academic experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Basic understanding of Forex, CFDs, financial markets, or investing.
• Experience creating videos, reels, blogs, or social media content.
• Familiarity with the Pakistani trading and investment market.
• Personal social media presence or content portfolio is a plus.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
