Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Plan, script and execute content: project walkthroughs, reels, client testimonials and market updates
• Shoot photos and videos on-site at properties, projects and events (camera work is mandatory)
• Coordinate with and assist the design team on creatives, ad visuals and campaign assets
• Write engaging captions, hooks and scripts that drive leads and inquiries
• Track content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement and lead data
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and social media trends

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• 3+ years of experience creating content for the real estate industry (developers, agencies or property portals)
• Hands-on camera skills are mandatory: confident shooting photos and videos with DSLR/mirrorless.
• Comfortable presenting on camera for property tours and reels
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu
• Willingness to travel to project sites

Nice to Have

• Experience with drone footage
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
