Content Writer (Not Remote)

Timings : 10am to 7PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (1 Saturday a month)

Location: Gulshan Block 11

Overview: As a Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and informative content for various platforms, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and resonates with the target audience. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, articles, blog posts, social media content, and other written materials that effectively communicate the brand message and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:Produce high-quality, original content for multiple channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth of information in written pieces.
Adapt writing style to meet the needs of different target audiences and platforms.

Content Planning and Strategy:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for differentiation.

SEO Optimization:Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings.
Utilize relevant keywords strategically within the content to drive organic traffic.

Editing and Proofreading:Review and edit content to ensure it meets quality standards, including grammar, spelling, and style.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and refine content.

Content Calendar Management:Work closely with the editorial calendar to plan and organize content releases.
Meet deadlines consistently and manage workload efficiently.

Collaboration:Coordinate with graphic designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across different mediums.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
• Ability to research and understand diverse topics quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
