Role Overview
This is apurely B2B leadership role. You will not be managing retail or consumer sales. Your success is measured by your ability to navigate the corporate hierarchies of industrial and commercial giants, securing multi-year partnerships with CHROs and CFOs to integrate Nova Finance into their payroll ecosystems.
Key B2B Responsibilities
Who You Are
Experience:3+ years of experience in high-stakes B2B sales leadership capacity within Fintech, SaaS, or Corporate Banking.
Network:An active, high-level professional network in the region, particularly within the HR and Finance departments of large local and multinational corporations.
Fintech Fluency:Deep understanding of the EWA model or similar B2B2E (Business-to-Business-to-Employee) financial products.
Communication:Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, capable of pitching complex financial solutions to seasoned executives.
