Social Media Growth Manager / Creative Content Manager

This is not a basic posting role.
We’re looking for someone who understands brands, thinks in content, and knows how to turn ideas into growth.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage weekly & monthly content calendars
• Generate fresh, high-impact content ideas across industries
• Write captions, hooks, scripts, and campaign concepts
• Coordinate with designers & editors for reels, posts, and creatives
• Maintain brand voice, consistency, and content direction
• Track performance and improve what’s working
• Manage everything through a structured content workflow system

What We’re Looking For

• Strong creative thinking + understanding of social media
• Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple brands without chaos
• Strong writing skills (hooks, captions, ideas)
• Understanding of trends, audience behavior & content strategy
• Comfortable with tools, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
• Use AI tools for content ideation or scripting
• Understand agency, SaaS, or personal brand content
• Can analyze competitors and create better content
