Role Purpose
The Creative Multimedia Specialist will manage end-to-end visual content creation and digital presence for NatureTech. This role includes graphic design, video editing, animation, AR/3D product visualization, and social media management.
The ideal candidate is both creative and technical, capable of independently producing content while supporting marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative
• Create graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop brand identity and maintain visual consistency.
• Design brochures, banners, and presentations.
Video & Animation
• Edit videos for marketing, advertisements, and training purposes.
• Create motion graphics and 2D/3D animations.
• Add effects, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.
AR/3D Product Visualization
• Develop 3D models for products and marketing use.
• Create AR-based product visualization (where applicable).
• Optimize assets for web and mobile performance.
Social Media Management
• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms.
• Manage company pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor engagement, messages, and audience growth.
• Run paid campaigns and analyze performance
Job Specification
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Design, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (agency or software house preferred).
Technical Skills
• Graphic Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
• Video Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut.
• 3D/AR Tools: Blender, Maya, Unity (basic to intermediate).
• Social Media Tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer.

Preferred / Bonus Skills
• Experience in product visualization (tech or industrial products).
