We’re hiring a high-level Social Media Strategist for a premium beauty brand 💄

I’m building Neelam’s GlamHaus — a luxury makeup studio serving the Plano / Richardson, TX (USA) area — and I’m looking for someone who knows how to turn content into real client bookings.

This is NOT a basic social media manager role.

We already have a content operator handling editing and posting. I need a strategist who can:

• Build a content strategy that drives consistent bookings

• Turn Reels/TikTok content into inbound client inquiries

• Define brand positioning (premium/luxury glam)

• Guide and direct a remote content operator

Primary platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile

Initial engagement: 2–3 months (with the goal of building a system that runs without you long-term).
