Role Description
 

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in the Karachi East District. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about the company’s services, and resolving any customer concerns. The role includes building strong customer relations, keeping accurate call records, and contributing to the enhancement of customer satisfaction.
 

Qualifications
 

• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with call logging software
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple calls efficiently
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or telecommunication role is an advantage
• Fluency in Urdu and English is required; fluency in additional regional languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
