Creative Visualizer – Events & Exhibition

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Visualizer with a strong background in designing for events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset and the ability to translate concepts into compelling 3D designs and visual presentations. This role requires someone with proven experience in event setups, exhibition stands, and stage designs, who can work collaboratively with various teams to deliver visually appealing and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and 3D visualizations for events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Design exhibition stalls, display booths, stage backdrops, product displays, and event setups.
- Prepare high-quality 3D renders, layouts, and presentation proposals tailored to client needs.
- Convert client requirements into practical, visually appealing, and cost-effective designs.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, project requirements, and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in event and exhibition design.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event setups, exhibition stands, stalls, booths, and stage designs.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software including 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent skills in 3D modeling, rendering, space planning, and presentation design.
- Ability to understand client briefs and develop creative concepts accordingly.
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, lighting, branding, and event production requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across design, sales, and production teams.
