Product Design and Experience Lead

Our client is a SaaS-based Customer Engagement Platform seeking a skilled Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design and user experience of their flagship product, Mergn. This role focuses on crafting simple, intuitive, and world-class user experiences while contributing to the product pipeline by transforming customer insights, partner feedback, and market research into actionable features and UX/UI enhancements. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional who takes full ownership of their work, confidently delivers results independently, and embraces AI tools and technologies to elevate design quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design new product features, user flows, and interactions from concept through to completion.
- Identify and simplify complex areas within the platform to enhance UX/UI clarity.
- Produce high-fidelity designs using Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
- Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and research findings.
- Maintain a meticulous design approach where every interaction feels deliberate, seamless, and intuitive.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to capture detailed product requirements.
- Conduct quarterly discussions with top partners to gather insights on features that improve customer retention.
- Perform international competitor research to identify relevant UX/UI and product enhancements.
- Audit the platform regularly to eliminate unnecessary complexity.
- Translate insights into a prioritized product pipeline comprising new features, UX improvements, and UI updates.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline design, prototyping, and output generation wherever possible.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Product Design or UX/UI for web or mobile platforms, with a preference for candidates who have led product features or strategic design initiatives.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, UX improvements, and feature development.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
- Deep understanding of design systems, usability principles, and user flow optimization.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
