ABS International is hiring Customer Support Executives to support our existing customers, helping them with their questions and making sure every interaction feels smooth and professional.

What You'll Be Doing

• Being the first point of contact when a customer has a query
• Listening to customer concerns and providing clear, helpful solutions
• Guiding customers through their questions with patience and professionalism
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
• Representing the company with a positive, professional attitude on every call

What We're Looking For

• O/A Level students on a gap year, or anyone early in their career, with good spoken and written English
• A friendly, patient, and professional communication style
• Willingness to learn — no prior experience required, we'll train you
• Comfortable working full-time and on-site

Work Details

• Location: ABS International, Johar Block 14, Karachi
• Shift Options: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (your choice)
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday)
• Breaks: 30-minute break + separate Namaz break

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000/month
• Attendance Allowance: PKR 3,000/month
• Incentives: Based on monthly performance
• Total Earning Potential: PKR 60,000 – 70,000/month
