Position: Customer Sales Executive

Experience: 6 month to 1 Year

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive to join our team and assist customers by providing excellent support and resolving their inquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain customer records.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service Representative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high call/chat volumes efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Fluency in English and/or local language (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree .
