Customer Sales Representative

APT Travels Private Limited specializes in organizing religious tours for guests undertaking pilgrimages. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position involves engaging directly with customers to understand their travel requirements, providing detailed information about our services and packages, and facilitating the sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing bookings, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their travel needs and offer suitable tour packages.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about services, pricing, and itineraries.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone or in-person interactions.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current travel trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer sales or a related role, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Karachi.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
