Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karāchi. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries internationally, provide effective solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, addressing customer needs, guiding them through company services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role demands proactive communication and the ability to resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Proficiency in handling inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
