· Familiarize yourself with our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and usage to customers.
· Assisting customers in resolving technical issues, product-related problems, and any other challenges they may encounter.
· Taking ownership of customer issues and following through to ensure prompt resolution, escalating complex issues to higher authorities when necessary.
· Dealing with customer complaints professionally and empathetically, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
· Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services to customers, contributing to revenue generation.
