Location: RJ Mall, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Timing: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

We are looking for a female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries
• Provide clear information about services
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers when required

Requirements:

• Female candidate (required)
• Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience preferred (freshers are not encouraged to apply)
• Candidates living nearby Gulshan-e-Iqbal will be preferred
