PMSuite is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist with at least two years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by handling multiple customer conversations professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong written and spoken English skills, excelling in email and chat communications. They simplify technical instructions for customers, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction while supporting PMSuite's web-based software and SaaS products. The Customer Support Specialist will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, utilizing their problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues promptly. Comfort with CRM systems, project management tools, invoicing software, and general business software is essential. This position requires managing knowledge bases, creating technical documentation, and supporting product training efforts. The role does not include team management responsibilities but demands collaboration with various departments to improve customer experience and product usability.
Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Effectively communicate technical steps and product information in clear, simple language to assist users with varying levels of expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through careful problem-solving and analysis.
  • Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality support.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base with accurate, detailed documentation and guides to assist customers and internal teams.
  • Develop and assist in product training materials and technical documentation to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Enter and document data accurately to ensure up-to-date records and facilitate effective support tracking.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and improve product functionality and support processes.
  • Utilize CRM, project management, invoicing, and ticket-management tools efficiently to streamline support workflows.
  • Continuously learn and master PMSuites software to provide expert-level support and training to users.
