About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, self-driven individual to join our Calling Team. You'll be the first human touchpoint for inbound leads coming from digital marketing campaigns — calling fast, qualifying smart, booking appointments, and keeping our CRM spotless. This is not a closing role. You own the lead from first contact to confirmed appointment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and qualify inbound leads immediately
  • Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
  • Follow up consistently with non-responsive leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records after every interaction
  • Send daily appointment notifications and end-of-day reports
  • Follow SOPs and flag issues to the Team Lead
  • KPIs
  • Lead response time under 15 minutes
  • Appointment booking rate
  • Show rate of booked appointments
  • Follow-up completion — 3 documented attempts per lead
  • CRM update accuracy — zero missed entries
  • Daily report submission — no exceptions

Requirements:

  • Energetic and confident on calls
  • Fluent in English — spoken and written
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Reliable, accountable, and process-oriented
  • Comfortable working night shifts six days a week

Qualifications

Intermediate or above

0 to 2 years experience — attitude over experience

GoHighLevel or any CRM experience is a plus

Timmings:

Night shift, Monday to Saturday, 7 PM to 4 AM

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
