Customer Support Executive

Squareone Mall is looking for a customer-focused and well-spoken individual to join our team and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with queries, guidance, and information
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with relevant departments for customer assistance
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Intermediate
• At least 1 year of experience in customer dealings / customer service
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in doing Evening shift
• Confident, courteous, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Male candidates preferred

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
