Female Call Center Representative

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 45,000 per month + Comission
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Friday Off)

Al Ghafoor Group is looking for a confident and professional Female Call Center Representative with experience in the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Follow up with real estate leads and potential clients.
• Provide information about company projects, payment plans, and offers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.
• Schedule customer meetings and site visits.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and follow-up targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Real Estate experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in real estate call center, telesales, or customer dealing will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
