Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is confident, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both English and Urdu and be able to handle customer inquiries efficiently through calls, chats, and emails.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during customer interactions.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email handling.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply. Prior customer support experience is a plus.
