Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Diploma holder in Electrical & Electronics to join their team as a DAE (Electrical & Electronics). This role requires a candidate with at least one year of practical experience in electrical wiring, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong troubleshooting abilities and is capable of working independently to ensure electrical systems operate reliably and safely. This position does not involve managing a team but demands hands-on expertise and keen attention to detail to support the company's electrical needs efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing electrical installations, performing routine maintenance, and conducting tests on various electrical components and systems. Working closely with other technical staff, the candidate will ensure all electrical wiring and equipment meet the safety standards and operational requirements. A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement is essential in this role, which demands solid technical knowledge paired with practical problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
 

• Perform installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic equipment according to specifications and standards.
• Execute electrical wiring and cabling tasks effectively to ensure safe and reliable connections for various systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of electrical equipment to prevent malfunctions and extend operational life.
• Diagnose electrical faults using appropriate testing instruments and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to carry out precise wiring and installation work.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, testing activities, and repairs performed on electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support electrical projects and assist in implementing new electrical systems.
• Follow established safety procedures while working with electrical components to protect personal and workplace safety.
• Stay updated on industry developments, electrical codes, and best practices to maintain professional competence.
