Full job description

We are a fast‑growing UK dental company looking for a professional, reliable, and highly articulate Remote Receptionist to join our team. You will work remotely from Pakistan while supporting our UK clinics and patients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to confidently discuss dental treatments with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and warmly
• Speak with patients clearly and confidently in fluent English
• Book patient appointments using our online systems
• Follow up with leads and enquiries
• Explain and discuss dental treatments such as:
• Dental implants
• Invisalign
• Veneers
• Composite bonding
• Sell treatments and convert enquiries into bookings
• Maintain accurate notes and patient records
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent pronunciation
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Experience in reception, customer service, sales, or dental/medical admin is an advantage
• Confident discussing dental treatments (training provided)
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable computer hardware (fast laptop or desktop)
• Stable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps
• Quiet, professional workspace
• Hard‑working, organised, and attentive to detail
• Able to work UK hours

Working Hours (UK & Pakistan Time)

You must be available during the following fixed shifts:

Thursday

• UK: 5pm – 9pm
• Pakistan: 10pm – 2am

Friday

• UK: 5pm – 9pm
• Pakistan: 10pm – 2am

Saturday

• UK: 1pm – 6pm
• Pakistan: 6pm – 11pm

Sunday

• UK: 10am – 6pm
• Pakistan:3pm – 11pm
