Executive Officer - Medical Services

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Executive Officer - Medical Services to enhance healthcare administration and strategic planning within the organization. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across different departments and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement healthcare strategies to improve medical services and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of medical service delivery to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate healthcare services and support the achievement of quality assurance objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices to inform continuous improvement efforts.
• Prepare detailed reports on service performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments to senior management.
• Support training and development activities related to healthcare administration and patient safety to enhance staff competencies.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and healthcare regulations to maintain high standards of medical service delivery.
• Drive initiatives aimed at optimizing patient experience while balancing cost-effectiveness and resource management.
